While we believe in the classic "keep it simple and keep it fresh" this job is anything but simple. Prep cooks are responsible for hand cutting steaks, meats, vegetables, preparing scratch made soups and sauces, and baking fresh bread daily. They are also responsible for portioning as well as organizing the cold and dry storage of food products.
-Must be 18 or older
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must have great attention to detail
-Must have a good sense of urgency
-Must obtain a Food Worker Permit within 2 weeks of hire.
-Must be available to work a morning or night shift on Saturdays
-Must be available to work a morning or night shift on Sundays
