LINE COOK

Line cooks work alone or as a pair to execute quality dishes within a set amount of time. Cooks also are responsible for making scratch made sauces in addition to other gravies and hot held ingredients. This is an extremally fast paced position in a warm to hot environment. Cooks need excellent organization & multitasking skills, and the ability to work tidy.

Requirements:

-Must have reliable transportation

-Must have great attention to detail

-Must have a good sense of urgency

-Must obtain a Food Worker Permit within 2 weeks of hire.

-Must be available to work a morning or night shift on Saturdays

-Must be available to work a morning or night shift on Sundays
