Sterling's is always accepting applications for all positions. First impressions are everything in our business so we invite you to apply in person at any of our three locations. Ask for a manager and introduce yourself, if time allows the manager may be able to do a short standing interview and allow you to tell us why you think you would be a great addition to our team.

All positions require a valid Washington State Food Handler's Card and all front of house positions require a Mandatory Alcohol Server Permit aka MAST permit (for those 18 years and older)- both must be obtained within two weeks of hire.
