In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages while also assisting in the service of food to our valued guests. As a Bartender, you will showcase your expertise in mixing cocktails, pouring drinks, and providing exceptional customer service at our bar. Additionally, you will  take orders, deliver meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction with their dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail.


-Must be 21 or older

-Must have full service restaurant serving experience

-Must have minimum 1 year bartending experience in a full bar

-Must have reliable transportation

-Must have great attention to detail

-Must have a good sense of urgency

-Must Have great multi tasking skills

-Must have the ability to memorize menu content

-Must have ability to suggestively sell products

-Must obtain a Food Worker Permit within 1 weeks of hire.

-Must obtain a MAST permit within 1 weeks of hire.

-Must be available to work a morning or night shift on Saturdays

-Must be available to work a morning or night shift on Sundays

Bartender/Server Compensation:

-Tip pooled position with guaranteed hourly rate.

-Starting rate: $18-$20 per hour PLUS non pooled tips

-Additional compensation tiers available after demonstration of knowledge of bar program menu and procedures. These compensation tiers are clear and set out in order to maintain transparency on how to advance financially in the position. There are no time requirements to these tiers, you can advance pay as fast as once per pay period as long as the tier requirements are made.
