Bussers are responsible for the table turn over during peak business hours. Working together to clear, clean, and sanitize the tables, seats, and seating areas. Bussers also have interaction with guest while pre-bussing and collecting no longer needed dishes and glass wear from the tables. Bussers are very valuable support staff that also fill in where needed.
-Must be 15 or older
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must have great attention to detail
-Must have a good sense of urgency
-Must obtain a Food Worker Permit within 2 weeks of hire.
-Must be available to work a morning or night shift on Saturdays
-Must be available to work a morning or night shift on Sundays
